The OP says that the beach where the shots were taken is separated by a high wall that separates the men from the women. Where I come from, that's not exactly considered a public beach. I don't think analagy of candid street shooting applies.
The OP posted photos that, IMO, are disrespectful to the women in them and his comments are certainly disrespectful.
This is all I have to say. Time to move on to other things.

I saw the images and thought they were tastefully and well done. I came back to look again and it was gone. I did not know what happened to it.
As far as the images in this thread. Yes, I'm sure that they not in violation of the rules in anyway and the thread is properly marked.
IMO, the manner in which the photos are done is trashy and in poor taste.
The nudes that I have seen posted by you, and several other photographers here, have always been done in good taste and, I'm sure, with the permission of the Model/subject. I have serious doubts that a single one of the people in the images had any idea they were being photographed. And, also in my opinion, it wouldn't make any difference if these people were in their 20s, the images would still be in poor taste.

I don't think they're any better and I don't think they're any worse. I've been following PPG since its inception. I've seen approved photos in the collection that I've thought were some of the best I've ever seen. I've seen others that all I could say was "How'd that crap pass muster?"
I've personally never submitted any photos to the gallery, or posted any here. I do photography for me and don't really care what anyone else thinks of my images.
I can only imagine how some guy/gal must feel when they've busted their asses to get something approved in PPG. And, when they do, they come here (or DPR), get their bubbles busted because the "Exalted" class amongst us doesn't feel the latest additions are up to their lofty standards.
This entire thread, and the 100+ others I've seen, looks like a bunch of egotistical asses saying, "Yeah your stuffs OK, but not up to the standard of my masterpieces."
As I said in my earlier post, "Some of you really need to get over yourselves."

I can nothing but laugh when I read these threads. No one who was among the first accepted into anything thinks that later arrivals live up to the early standards.
It's like sports. Yesterdays Football players never think todays players are as tough, or as skilled, as they were.
And, I think the very same thing applies here.
Some of you really need to get over yourselves.
