My copy seems to have issues focusing at the lower end of the zoom range (17mm). Even when I pick a bright clear focus spot at the camera is sayings its in focus when I view it on the computer and zoom in a litte its way off... If I manual adjust I can hit it perfect.
If i zoom in to about 50mm on the exact same object the focus is spot on. I want to desire to keep this lens on my camera but I always seem to take it off as I just can't trust it. Never knew if it was the lens as a whole or just my copy/combination with k5.

Eep just received my K5, nearly went eglobal but decided on DWI...
Same kind of thing still comes from HK warehouse. Arrived in 4 days so far so good. Havn't taken it for a massive shoot yet.

I just picked up a 50mm f1.7 M lens but i am really struggling getting sharp focuses in low light even thou i love the lens itself :(
Can you get me a quote on shipping to Perth, Australia?

Perfect example of why my next investment will be a fish eye. Love it!!
In general i like to have my club shots more of a dark look to them but with these it looks like the lighting was crappy in there to begin with so you didnt have much to work with.

I am in Perth, trying to find interesting places to shoot but i find Perth boring so not a good start, really want to go traveling.
Rookie mistake with not having the things closest to the lens in focus but i can see how that could have improved the capture will try keep that in mind.
Still just trying to get a feel for shooting on Full Manual modes getting experience in different light etc. Fun Fun.

Hey Guys,
Basically i am starting out with my first DSLR (k200d) and would like to share one capture that i liked so far and also to say "Hi!". Most my photo's have been coming out average but half the reason is i havn't been shooting in very interesting places :p .I am still getting used to the camera/settings and starting to learn some basic PP.
Anyway i thought i would share this for some feedback!
Summer is just beginning here in Aus i think it has a warm fuzzy feel to it.
