Hi Sudhakar,
Thanks for your reply. As you said if we buy a quality product , hopefully support will not come in to picture. My understanding is Pentax has authorised service centres in Bangalore and other Indian cities also(In case of any gross prob with camera)
I am in the process of aquiring my K-X soon and let you know guys.And also I am planning to go for used FA 50 mm prime and another Telephoto(as you know getting them in India may be difficult).
Your inputs will be appreciated

Hi Friends,
I am Jaya from Bangalore, India. Currently I am in Canada. Planning to buy K-X SLR before coming back to home.
My understanding is Pentax gives 1 year worldwide warranty on thier digital SLR cameras. In case if any prob arises with camera do we have support in Bangalore or any other indian city?
Can we get accessories for Pentax SLR's in India easily?
Please advice.
