Your composition is excellent. The most important part of photography is being able to "see" something to take a photograph of, rather than having a fancy tool to carry to make the photograph. You're well on your way to life-long success, regardless of what camera you use.
You mentioned for the train shot that you happened to be there (with your tripod). That's what it is all about; being there and being prepared. Luck certainly plays a role in good photography.
Nice work all around. I look forward to seeing more of what you "see" in the future.

Greetings to all. I have been a member for some time now, but I have been lazy about introducing myself.
Thanks to all of you for your contributions to the forum. They have been truly informative and educational. Many of the contributed photos have been inspirational, as well. I look forward to both experimentation with B&W photography, as well as contributing my experience back to this community.
