I tried again but it doesn't help. One can see that it's actually not the focus screen but really the red focus points that seem to be misaligned because the focus screen is centered when I look through the viewfinder and the red points are not. I live in Germany, I'll try to contact Pentax and ask them about the exact price. Thank's again for your help!

Hi wlachan. Thank you for your help! Do you have any idea how much a reparation would cost if I send the camera in to Pentax? I'd like to try to make the seller reduce the price about the amount a reparation is gonna cost or otherwise I'll send it back.

I tried to shift the focus screen but that doesn't work because it fits just right into its place after closing the hatch that holds it. Is there any howto that shows how to really shift the whole thing? The problem is, the red focus points are not just a little misaligned. The center red dot for example even touches the black circle of the focus screen.

Hi guys, I've got the exact same problem as in this old thread (unfortunately I couldn't reply to it anymore).
I bought myself a used K20 and it's red focus points in the viewfinder are moved to the left. Everything else seems to work great. Is there anything I can do about this or do I have to send the camera back as broken?

My uncle just recently gave me his old photographic equipment.
It consists of a Nikon F-801 with two Tokina AT-X AF lenses:
- 80-200mm f/2.8
- 28-70mm f/2.8
I know that I'll just be able to use those lenses with stop down metering and manual focus on my Pentax if I use the adapter posted in this thread, but I found out that the Tokina lenses were also available with Pentax mount and I wonder if anybody knows if there's an easy way to change mounts on these lenses so I can use them directly on my K100d.
Thanks in advance!

PentaxForums.com Marketplace Listing Item for Sale
Porst Color Reflex 55mm f/1.2 great condition Asking Price
$180 / 130€ Item Location
Ulm, Germany Item Description
Hey guys,
I have a Porst Color Reflex 55mm f/1.2 with Pentax K-Mount for sale.
The lens is in great condition. I used it with my K100d and it gave me some great results. You can either used it in M Mode or Av Mode, if you shoot wide open. AF confirmation works with the lens.
The build quality is really good, the body is all metal and that gives it a nice weight.
However, I recently bought a AF 1.4 lens and need some money so I'd like to sell this lens to a new owner, who appreciates it.
The focus of the lens is smooth and the aperture blades are snappy and oil free.
All glass elements are free of scratches or fungus.
There is a tiny bit of dust inside the lens, I guess that's normal for its age, but it has no effect on picture quality at all.
I'll ship worldwide and I'll only charge you the real shipping costs (I'll only ship insured) according to DHL . If you need to know the exact amount of shipping costs, send me a msg and tell me the country you are from.
Here are some examples:
Germany: 6€
Europe: 16€
US: 35€
Here are some pictures, if you need some more, let me know:
If you have any questions left, just send me a message! :)
best regards

Got mine a few days ago and I'm very happy with it so far. It's a Porst with 55mm diameter. Picked it off ebay for 100€. Here's one of my first shots with it, taken open wide with my K100D.
EDIT: Sorry the pic was way to big, so for anybody who's interested, klick: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/4906571/IMGP0755.jpg |
