well ,then after all is not a bargain.... I found it for 6,300 yen ($65) I think it should be the Auto version but haven't check that detail... Will check sometime this week and hopefully get it !

Hello guys
I am currently using the 50mm 1.4f for some street photos and portraits but recently saw the takumar lens on bargain and wondered if it would be nice to have ?
Does anyone try this lens on a k-7 ? what will be the differences with the 50mm other than be slighly wider and aperture wise ?
will I be just wasting my money ?
Any help appreciated :)

I am really new to long exposure , and even to DSLR...
I was wondering where and how are the settings to get a 30 seconds exposure on the K7 , I've been going through the manual but I dont understand how is it done:(
Are you suppose to keep pressing the shutter for 30 secs on the "B" mode ?? How is this done ?? :confused:

Im new to DSLR and the K-7 is my first one , got it with the 18-55 WR lens kit
I would like to get a zoom lens and wondering which one would be best on the K7
Sigma 18-200 or Tamron 18-200 ?
I found that PENTAX-DA 18-250mm F3.5-6.3ED AL is WAY expensive compared to the 2 above , any specific reason ?
Also , If I get any of the above lens , can I replace it with my currently kit lens or I should better keep them ? It would be better to get the 50-200 WR instead ?
I just want an all around lens ! :fedup:
Appreciate any advice.

Hello All
Im a lating guy liing in Tokyo-Japan for a while now , I didn't have any interest on DSLR's , however more and more I keep shooting with my P&S I thought Im ready for the next level...
So , here I am after getting the K7 , I like to take street shoots as well as landscapes , really starting to get to know about many things in photography and about pentax too.
Just a quick Hi to everyone ! Hope I to learn many things in this forum :)
