Hey, just visited your blog. You have some very nice pictures, I visited Yosomite about a month ago and it was fascinating... Hadn't bought the K-x then and just used a P&S. I'm from Nepal and am going to Kathmandu for New Year :) I'll be great to take pictures there. I'll post them as and when I can!

Nice to meet another beginner :) And thank you for taking the time to reply to my post. I am thinking of browsing through the forum to get a better idea on using my SLR and for links to learning photography. How did you go about it? If you know of some good posts on the subject I would greatly appreciate that.

Hey Everyone,
I just bought a Pentax k-x with 18-55mm lens and the 50-200mm lens. I hope to get into photography and capture beautiful shots. Do bear with me during my learning as I hope to ask a lot of questions here.
I should get the camera by 10th or 11th Dec. I'll post the images i take over the weekend.
If some one could point me to some online resource for the k-x or digital slr photography in general it would be a great help. I could read up now and experiment when I get the camera. :)
