hii all iam from chennai. I wanted to buy pentax k-x as my friend is coming from US. But i saw in few forums that there are few problems in few k-x cameras. I am in dilemma to buy pentax k-x or to buy canon / nikon which are here. I like K-x much i don't know what to buy now, should i buy k-x and if there are any problem in the camera is there any store here to repair it. Or should i go to other brand?

hii i am from India and i planned to buy the pentax k-x , my friend is coming from US so i thought of buying it. But now there are many problems related to SR, mirror slap and all, so i am little afraid over buying it as there are so service centers for Pentax. I am afraid if my pentax k-x will carry any of the problems. Should i go for the pentax or any other dslr as pentax are not available in India:mad: much?
