I have k-5 paired with Tamron 18-200 (as vacation lens) and was going to upgrade to Tamron/Pentax 18-250 or Sigma 18-250, we travel a lot the 18-200 was working OK with k-x, but my concern is with a better IQ, I know the Sigma a bit havier, but it's ok with me.
The question is:
a side from money:
New Sigma or used/like new Tamron/Pentax?

You are loosing shake reduction, and if you need more flashes you can get a photo element hot shoe ( really cheap) and fire as many as you want.

Hello, I am new to the forum, recently got k-x, and was looking for inexpencive p-ttl flash noticed ProMaster 5750DX same as Quantaray QTB-9550D; does anyone know if it will work with K-x, and also the base is there Comp model from Quantaray for ProMaster 5050DXR?
