I'd also give some serious consideration to the Simga 30mm f/1.4 at half the price of either of those lenses.

The difference may be the image tone setting. The K5 default is Bright, while the K20D is Natural. I was getting similar results when I switched from my K20D to the K5 and figured out it was the image tone setting.

I don't see why it wouldn't be, just save a copy of your receipt/invoice as proof of purchase. Hopefully you will never need the warranty. At $879, I'd go for it, beats the $899 I picked mine up for a couple weeks ago.

I say ditch the GX10 and get yourself another K7, or even better a K5. That's the BEST option.

if i were to switch platforms, i'd go with nikon and the d300. but in reality i would wait... pentax will have a new body that will be better than anything else on the market. just like they did with the k10d.

oops... my bad. did not see the f/2.8, i see it now. $2,000-$2,500 is what i have seen the f/2.8 sell for recently. $3,000 is entirely possible.

as for references i have bought several lenses from the marketplace so i should have some feedback on here. i primary post over at steve's forums under the same username, but they don't have a marketplace. my ebay is okcameradude, only have 10 feedback since i dont' use it much but it's perfect.

For sale, like new, barely used SMC Pentax FAJ 75-300 f/4.5-5.8 telephoto lens in black. Includes genuine Pentax front and rear caps and a rubber screw on lens hood.
I bought this as a previously owned lens and the prior owner claimed to rarely use it. It looks it. I mounted it, took a couple pictures around the house and it went back in my camera bag. My intention was that this would be a backup lens to my Tamron 70-300mm. Well other recent purchases, like a Zenitar 16mm FE, Tamron 28-75 f/2.8 XR Di, and a Sigma EX 70-200mm f/2.8 APO DG have made me reexamine my camera bag to free up some space. This one has got to go.
Asking $95.00 which includes shipping to the lower 48 US. Price check with B&H, this lens sells for $129.95 + $9 for shipping. Prefer payment by Paypal.

I don't need the A 50 1.4, already have a FA 50 1.4 so I've got that focal length covered. I've been trying to score a K mount Zenitar for $125, but your $135 asking price that includes shipping seems awfully fair to me. Do you accept PayPal? If so please tell me where to send payment and you can consider this lens sold.
