I'm inclined to agree that option might be the best, and certainly the easiest for a specific result, but the OP did specifically ask for an 'SooC' (straight out of camera?) solution, and "working backwards" from an initial DCU result would be a relatively easy implementation, assuming the availability of the appropriate images for comparison ;)
Of course, all this assumes that one person's impression of a specific film matches another person's expectations … I'll bet there are quite a few who've installed pre-sets, commercial or otherwise, only to be heard to say "whicheverColor 400 never looked like that when I used it" ;)

If the K-70 actually had a solenoid problem, rather than just a potential for one, I think we'd have heard of a lot more instances first-hand by now than we have.
I had no reservations about buying my K-70 new, (now 24k+ exposures and counting) and would happily recommend one to anyone.
The KP does have a superior a/f system, which was my reason for buying one (now 'replaced' by a K-3iii), but other than that I do prefer the K-70 … the ergonomics are so much more similar to my other Pentax bodies (K-01 excepted) that it is just easier to use :)
Enjoy!

You're joking, right?
In case it is not clear from the comments above...There is nothing you can do to repair those fine scratches and abrasions. If you are concerned about flare, there is little need to but using a hood is never a bad idea. If you are concerned about optical degradation, don't be; the front element can take a fair amount of abuse without affecting image quality.* If you are concerned about appearance, get a different lens.
Steve
* A comment above mentioned 90% of shots. My estimate would be 99% for what is shown in your photos.

A filter gives another air-glass surface for refections, e.g., from front of lens to filter and then back again, but unfocused. Doubtful there is any other difference, although one could speculate degradation over time in scratched areas, but even if there is the filter it will not change the local air conditions to something more favorable.
I suppose where (for example) salt water drops are possible it could, except I doubt there is a real difference between glass and the thin coating on the glass. I suppose with HF acid, maybe, but seriously the greater flare with the filter is the main thing that the filter adds.

If these are indeed damaged coating spots, there is NOTHING you can do to fix them, and they probably will have very little if any effect on 90% of the shots you'd take with the lens. Do a careful cleaning of the front surface with a reputable lens cleaner (not one with silicone or the like in it - an optical lens cleaning solution only) and lens tissue, When done, breath on the lens and wipe with a clean lens tissue one more time. Anything that remains (spot-wise) is non-negotiably permanent unless it's inside the lens (and then it's still pretty much something you can't fix easily if at all). These might be an "oily" residue, in which case the lens cleaning solution, should do the job but there are some substances which bind to the lens coating in which case, forget it. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1097470-REG/zeiss_2127990_lens_care_kit_2oz.html |

No. The coatings are nanometers thick, designed for refracting various wavelengths of light, and are unique to each glass element surfaces (front and rear).
ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!!
All polishes contain very fine abrasives.
This would destroy the lens and likely change it's shape was well.
Do NOT do this.
I'd recommend you get proper lens cleaner e.g. Eclipse lens cleaner and lint-free Kim Wipes or PEC Pads.
This is super delicate stuff.

Just clean it. Test it by putting it at the widest setting and the smallest aperture (like f/22) and shoot into the sun (but at an angle), see if you pick up any weird spots or "unexpected" flare. If it doesn't do anything you find unacceptable, then don't worry about it. If it has a scratch deep enough to create weird effects, some say to fill in the scratch with a black sharpie to cut down on the effect. Never tried it, but might help. Most minor front element damage is not noticeable in images except with very wide-angle lenses where the front element itself is close to being in focus. But sometimes heavy dust or certain scratches can catch the light in ways you'll see.

Cleaning may reveal some of those spots are not damage to the coatings. There is nothing you can do to repair the coatings - they are deposited using specialize technology. Cost to fix exceeds the costs of a replacement.

You may remain unsatisfied for some time. I can't remember any user since the K-3 debuted that has needed your particular feature, that being to defeat the core reasoning behind having two slots, expanded capacity using sequential or simultaneous write.
FWIW...while there is no K-3iii on the shelf at present, I have been living with my K-3 for a number of years writing sequential and have yet to roll over from one card to the next. With the K-3iii, it should be easy enough to stipulate sequential and swap the primary drive of choice when moving to DNG shooting. There is also the option of being annoyed.

Ah, I see. Slot 1 is UHS-2 where you want the JPEGS to go.
In that case, set a user mode for JPEG only and pop the second card out, the camera will have no choice but to write to slot 1 and gain the use of the write speed and improve the buffer.

What an asthonishing effect! Must be fun to play with that technique. You seem to know when (for what kind of scenes) and how to use it.

I have a KP so have five :) i have U1, U3 & U4 set to a nice, everyday setup, but each one has a different custom colour profile. They are all set to save as RAW+ meaning I have three film sims on my mode dial. The other two are street and vintage lens. If you are interested, the recipes for the colour profiles are here. That card should be fine with your K-70. I would reformat the card using the format utility from the SD Association followed by an in-camera format and see if that helps. If not, the card has a lifetime replacement warranty from SanDisk. SD Assoc | Memory Card Formatter

I doubt the lens caused a card problem. Try reformatting the card or a different card.

This "ghosting" … sounds like you may have managed to accidently operate the Drive Mode on the 4-way controller and set it to multi-exposure!
'bin there - dun that ;)
See the C18 setting on p64 of the manual for an option to change how it works.

The k-50 simply doesn’t work. The newer cameras show the menu options in debug but the options just don’t work with respect to reading and writing the lens rom files. This is true for all newer cameras. You need a k100d or anything else that is known to work.

I do like these, and I now have the 24mm T-S on my radar for a future purchase.
Have you also been using it for architectural shots?

Ok,forgive me, but I have to admit ...
I *was fooled* into thinking I was looking at a model train set or something...
... then I thought, NO, that is real, and what a *horrible* lens
... and then :o oh gee... that's intentional and I'm a goof....
and then, FINALLY, I figured out how you did it, LOL
Congratulations on a great series incredibly well executed.
Nice to see your vision came through with that Samyang.
So you get my vote for clever photographer of the month! :)
