It's just because whenever I google pictures of the National Museum, the statue in front of the museum is different from what I saw when I was in Bratislava in October. Therefore I was not sure if it was that museum or not. I have a shot of man behind the 1918-monument instead of a big pillar. Why did they change it and who is he?
Bratislava is a nice city!

I got the lens yesterday, but today I have had too many hangovers to go outside.... Unfortunately, the forecast for the following week in Copenhagen looks really cloudy, but on Thursday I'm going to Sofia, Bulgaria, where the main attractions are their many places of worship; several churches, a cathedral, a mosques and etc.. - I guess that the sigma would be perfect for this trip!

I spent the weekend in Belgrade, Serbia, and here I visited Kalemegdan which is a fortress and a park. "The Victor", as the statue is called, was erected after World War I to commemorate Serbian war victories over the Ottoman Empire.

There is one "swan-couple" living at this lake, and both swans are branded. Because of your reply I just had to do some research on banding swans - apparently, the female swan comes from England and the male swan comes from Scotland. Well, they are a bit far far from home, but they are welcome :D Posing father swan (no PP) |

Thanks!
Tak tak. Det er altid rart at møde danskere uden for .dk
I will definitely contribute with pictures as soon I know how to handle all the functions of the k-x and enjoy watching others as well.

I joined the pentax forum a couple of weeks ago, mostly to find more information on the k-x which I came across on dpreview and was impressed by the good reviews.
Earlier this morning my mail man had a package with my name on it - oh yeah, my baby has arrived :) So far, the k-x feels good in my hands and I can't wait to test it. I'm a total newbie in dSLR, but I can't wait to explore this world and improve my photography skills by watching and learning from all of you.
Take care,
missbrojensen
