I (and many others) see a UV filter as more of a lens glass protector than anything else. So when I want to use a CPL, just take the UV filter off and use the CPL filter alone.

Heh, thanks :) I just measured it in lightroom and it looks fairly level, maybe the slanted numberplate put you off? :p
Thanks for the comments guys, it is indeed quite a nice car, too bad it doesn't sound anywhere near as good as my R32, photos of that coming soon :D

Shot of my cousins Volkswagen Golf R. Trying to improve my car photos, I don't have an external flash so could only use the light in the car park. Worked really well though with just the overhead light, touched up to remove harsh reflections and darken the shadows.

The last of my 1200 shots I took at the 2011 Avalon International Airshow held in Australia. Everything came together just right.
Just changed the pic to black and white, no other PP, no cropping.
