I guess enough testing has been done, let's see some pictures now :)
We've been lucky with a couple days of really nice light here
and my K-5 and I were enjoying it together...
All taken with my Limiteds.

Totally unexpected and based purely on the encouragement of others I have, at the first attempt, sold some work to a local gallery. I say sold, they will be framed and hung with a view to being purchased but that is a MASSIVE leap from just having them stuck in Lightroom. I had no ambition for this to happen and simply take photos for the varying areas of enjoyment the hobby covers so I'm doubly thrilled that this relaxed approach has been so well received !!!
So a nod of thanks to all that post on this forum as much of my ever expanding knowledge and skill comes directly from comments and advice written across all the threads I obsessively digest. And thanks to my K-5 and lenses !!!!

Actually, yes they do. There's just anecdotes otherwise. Just like my anecdote.
No, it's not, and no, they weren't. Sony and Nikon were both rated lower.
You plainly have no idea what 'statistical significance' means.
It was introduced in 2008.
Nice, I'm ignorant.
I never said that, you're putting words in my mouth.
OK, I've made a note, hopefully my future posts will meet your standards.
Well, judging by the way you twisted my simple little post into something it's not, you'll forgive me if I don't believe this.
They're probably still reading it.

No offense taken but this isn't really a critique thread but a thread at what the K-5 is capable of. Thanks for the feedback though. If someone goes through the motions to type out their dislike for something, well it moved them enough to do so. Either way, it got to them ;)
I happen to REALLY like unnatural :D which is why I continued to butcher that same image into this monstrosity: They Will Come from the Sea by Frank C. Grace (Trig Photography), on Flickr
Natural just isn't always for me, and I am proud of that .
Anyway, love the K-5, just wish the lens change button had not fallen off. I am not looking forward to being without it for a while as it gets repaired...

A couple more - shot during the "Nike 6.0 Expression Session" at this years Dew Tour in OC Maryland. I did not have any anything long with me but did have my trusty Viv'ee 85 1.4 - both shots were in low light, shot with the Viv'ee @ f/2.2, 1600ISO, MF...

Here some more pictures taken with the K5 and Sigma 70-200 HSM II. The K5 does a much better job than my old K10d. Focus tracking seems to be working. More action pics at www.dijkx.com |

Some fine shots in the last few pages. But this one really caught my eye!

I had two shoots last weekend so I really got to get out and use the K-5. I finished editing yesterday, and they turned out awesome! the Straight off the Camera's were so much more crisp... SOOC exposure was easier to nail, white balance turned out better. I just had to share a few in my excitement!
