Reducing/compressing images after taking

I have read thru the manual and another terrific K20D ebook I bought, and can't figure out if there's a way to reduce the quality (image size) of my pictures after I have taken them. i am having a problem uploading my images to a real estate site, which is kicking the images back as too big. (I shot in the highest quality image.)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday I went to the library and got "Understanding Exposure" and read it until the wee hours last night. It really helped. From what I read, I really need a relatively fast telephoto lens, which would be good for me anyway, since my real focus (sorry!) is people and portraits.
Thanks for all the advice and help!

Nanadoo, I am so glad that someone else is stumped by the K20D manual. I have had the camera for almost 2 weeks and I have deleted every single shot I have taken. Today I had wanted to go to a horse show here on LI, but I am actually embarassed to show uplooking like a complete ninny (that's a politically-correct, technical term for "idiot")
Any one have a suggestion for books that can elucidate the Pentax manual?

New K20D - now what??

I just bought a K20D because I am a portrait painter and I feel it will help me especially with antsy kids and impatient adults. It was pretty expensive, so the first thing I want to do is get 2 good cases for it - 1 to take when I am just going out and only need the camera and a lens, the second to store and transport everything. I had seen a brand called Zeroshock which has polyurethane padded sections inside which seemed pretty good. Over time I have broken my blackberry and cell phone screens, and they were nowhere near as big an investment as this camera, so I 'd rather find a really good, protective case in the beginning.
Any suggestions? Thanks for your input....
