Thanks! Good to know. Just wanted to be sure I did not have a lemon. And yes, primarily indoors. So when it's hunting, it takes a while and you really hear it!

Mine is the same. Audible noise ONLY when in Live View. Is this normal. It's definitely "noticeable."

Sorry if this is a stupid question.
Just moved from a Panasonic bridge camera to a Pentax K-X with 2 kit lenses. Both of the lenses seem to be quite loud during autofocus (which can also take what seems a long time). Is this "normal?"
