Hey guys,
Loving the Q7 every single day! I just want to ask, has any of you got a clamp for their Q's? probably the same as the GoPro's.
The small form factor of the Q7 gave me an idea to mount it on my guitar and capture videos of me playing during gigs.
Thanks a bunch!

I just got my Q7 last monday and I've managed to influence some of my mates (they bought one for themselves after they tried it out.. they are CaNikon users)
I just told them. "well it's Qute, and if you know the story of David and Goliath.. that's pretty much, most of it :) "

on to topic. I find that the camera can focus in broad daylight well (and fast too) and a bit hard on some places where there is poor lighting although there are some instances when I'm trying to focus an object far away from where I'm standing I just moved a tiny bit and it'll now lock its focus.
Also, I'm still getting a focus confirmation beep, but the subject isn't in focus and the box is highlighted red. don't know if this is an issue, but I could get used to it.
but nevertheless, the lens actually does work and it is damn sharp! ---------- Post added 07-16-2015 at 09:07 AM ----------
same scenario here in my country. Some shops, and sellers (not ebay etc.) if you want to return the item and you've made some changes to the firmware etc. be it smartphones, cameras etc. you basically have 50/50 chance of them accepting the return :( I think it depends on the seller if they are actually practicing "consumer rights" but as for my Q7, return is probably not an option since I got it overseas (Japan) and even if they accept returns, I'll have to wait so looooooooooooooooooooooong to get it across and back again haha!

I've reset the whole camera settings and tried to focus from afar (est. around 6 feet away from target)
it just hunts and sometimes it will lock its focus but its not really in focus.

Hi guys, I just got a Q7 with 02, 01 and 06 lens. The 01 and 02 works really great! But I'm having a hard time trying to get a subject in focus all zoom ranges. Even if i back out a bit still wouldnt focus. I was wondering whats wrong with it.

battery was set to "grip first" when it happened :(
forgot to mention that the battery is new. only had 5-6 cycles.
tried the batteries on other devices works perfectly fine.

I know this is an old one but.
I have 6 full charged AA batteries on my DBG4. After taking a few photos. it says "battery depleted"
after that it wont detect the AAs anymore.
any idea what was the problem?
Thanks!

Here are just some of the things that i think can benefit most users who are on a very tight budget.
1. Cheaper DA WR fast zooms
2. Lower the prices on the OEM WR battery grips
I really love the idea of having a full WR setup yet it remains as my "dream" setup (pentax k7 user since it came out) since i couldn't afford the DA* fast zooms :( the 18-135WR is nice, but at least a cheaper version DA 16-50 or 24-75mm WR f2.8 will do.

Ive got a k7 and a YN 560 flash
the flash fires fine, adn recycled fine,
but on the second shot, the flash doesnt fire,
but the YN 560 beeps and recycles meaning it was supposed to be fired,
i thought it was just the battery so i switched to a new set of eneloops,
the problem is still there..
it really did get me into much hassle because I missed a dozen of shots because of this issue.. :(

the D-BG4's grip / ergonomics is a major plus!
i've tried canon's battery grip and my fingers felt a bit akward on their grips.
I LOVE PENTAX :D
