I have the Godox AD360-Nikon, V860II-Nikon, V860II-Olympus, AD200, and AD400, which I use in combination with the X-Pro-P trigger. They work perfectly! Godox/Flashpoint R2 system is the best going for the money.
The system will support HSS and TTL on any of the new generation of Godox/Flashpoint hardware. In other words can control a Godox speed light originally designed for Canon, Nikon, Fuji and Olympus/Panasonic, or AD360, AD200, AD400 or AD600 with a X-Pro-P trigger. The beauty of this system is that it will allow to fire the flashes in TTL and with one push of the TCM button it will change the exposure on the flash from TTL to Manual just like Profoto at a fraction of the cost.
I was one of the original beta tester for Cactus and after firmware 1.01.06 Cactus V6Ii no longer supported stacking of triggers. Therefore, I believe the answer to your second question is no.

Throw the Cactus V6II trigger in the garbage can and purchase a Godox X-Pro Trigger for Pentaxhttps://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1432377-REG/godox_xprop_ttl_wireless_flash_trigger.html Problem solved.

I was one of the original beta tester for the Cactus V6II. The Pentax version of the software doesn't support stacking of trigger. The best option is the Godox X-Pro-P trigger with the AD600, AD400, AD360 and AD200 strobes.

Try reloading the Pentax tethering in the Lightroom Plug-in Manager. See Attached.

In order to use the Cactus V6II with Pentax cameras for both TTL and HSS you will need use Pentax Firmware PEN.A.001 (Release on 07 Nov 2017).

B&H sell the ConoMark i6T EX under the name Impact Venture TTL-600 under $1,000, but as of yet they don't carry the transmitter for Pentax yet.

You might be able to still do HSS by dropping back to Cactus V6ii firmware ver 1.1.006, and stacking a Godox X-16 trigger in the hot shoe of the on camera Cactus V6ii. You will also need to set the Camera System to "Pentax" and the Flash System to "Nikon."

You can fire any Godox AD200, AD360, AD600 normal and HSS mode running Pentax specific firmware PEN.A.001 using two Cactus V6ii triggers. The receiver must be set to "Manual" and attached to the strobe with a sync cord. The new Pentax firmware does not allow the for stacking of the triggers as with the older Cactus generic firmware. Therefore, the power of the flash can either be set manually or controlled by a Godox trigger X16 trigger.:mad::mad: :o
To my knowledge the last Cactus firmware that would pass the HSS signal to the Godox X16 trigger was 1.1.006

Specifically what Firmware are you running on your Cactus V6ii? It should be PEN.A.001 on the Cactus V6ii and the RF60X should be firmware should be A01. If you haven't upgraded to the Pentax specific firmware the on camera Cactus V6ii must be set to Camera System "Pentax" and Flash System "Nikon." to trigger the off camera flash.

You will have to purchase a Cactus V6ii and load the firmware for Pentax in order to perform TTL function with the RF60. Note you will also have to up date the firmware for the RF60 too. The older V6 is not being updated.

You have to upgrade the firmware for the Cactus V6ii and RF60 from the Cactus website before the TTL function will work.
