I heard the rumbling of the motor. Then the door slide open with that familiar sound. And a loud bang as it shut. The footsteps pattering... getting closer and closer. I jumped up before the doorbell rang. Opened the door.... And now i'm a part of the club!!!! My last final is tomorrow and the rain is supposed to stop on Saturday. I can't Wait!!!!!

Do they make adapters to use a k mount lenses on a m42 camera or in my case a m42 tele converter? I know they make k mount to m42 adapters that allow m42 lenses on k mount bodies. I want the reverse adapter

Here are some of my Favorites from Lake Tahoe, CA. All photos taken with a Pentax K-7 and Either the kit 18-55 or the kit 50-200. I used Bulb mode @ f11.

The 4th of July is just around the corner and i would like to see if i could get some input on what are some of the best techniques to shooting fireworks?
I have heard:
Removing your filter
Use a remote
Use manual focus and set at infinity
Use a lens hood
Use iso 200
Some settings could be:
F4 1.3 secs
F5.6 2.5 secs
F8 5 secs
F11 10 secs
Any other suggestions would be GREAT!

Just wanted to update my previous post. After a Month and a Half I finally got my grip. Didn't expect it to take so long, but it Works like a Charm.

Hi i ordered the grip from deal extreme over a month ago. i never got a email from them with a conformation number but my paypal was charged and i still haven't received the grip. Did everyone else who ordered this get a conformation number sent to them from deal extreme. Thanks
