Hello to all PentaxForums' users.
've been reading this forum for a while. Think, have to introduce myself here now.
Name 's Nikolai. Currently living in between Tallinn, Estonia and Frankfurt am Main, Germany. 've been studying for Master in Fra.
Bought my first (and the only one, as for today) Pentax body - K200d - in December 2008. Being the proud owner ever since. :)
For the last two years 've been trying to keep my LBA and BodyByingAddiction under conrol. Sometimes it works (still own the same K200d - which I really do like - and which suites my needs, at least for now), but with the lenses it does not.
As for pictures - I don't have any specific preferences... landscapes, maybe. Don't like (and not good at) photographing people... but certainly have to put more effort into it. Would also like to try macro.
Some pictures can be seen here: https://picasaweb.google.com/Nikolai.Mordan Flickr: Nikolai Mordan's Photostream - moved to Flickr a month ago, and didn't yet moved my old public album from Picasa there
Something like that...
Sorry for my poor English.

What method would you recommend to import the GPS-track data to Lightroom and attach the data to list of images?

That 's what I mean.
On the first - the man clearly is not sharp. And on the second there 's glow... and, again, no sharpness.
Both pics are at 4.0; 250 mm and 150 mm respectively.

There is a slight front-focus, but I don't think that is the case.
I'll show some pics later today. On the light objects on the pictures there is like a "glowing" effect.
Hm... just throught about that - can not-using the lens hood cause such "glowing" effect?

I'm sorry, if I'm asking this in the wrong thread, but: the question is the following.
Are your versions of * 60-250 a bit soft at 4.0? Or this is the issue of my patticular lens...

Panorama taken in Riga, Latvia, just after the sunset.
5 vertical shots, stiched in PTGui.
What 's good, what 's not good, what can be improved?
AND: I would be really grateful if someone could give a critical opinion on my photos taken during the last year - can be found here: Picasa Web Albums - Nikolai - for LJ posts - the latest to the bottom of the page.
I understand there is a lot of pictures to comment, but I would appreciate even if a general opinion can be given.
Thank you.

Cropped to 16*9 only, and graduated filters applied on both top corners.

Thank you everyone for the great topic.
The DA15 controlled my mind for almost half a year. A friend of mine was going to visit Japan in January already, but he did so only in June, and today the lens had finally arrived.
Awesome. Just awesome.
