I had some of my photos taken from my old Picasa Web Album and used on a commercial business site in Queensland.
I contacted the company, and said they can have the rights to use the images, if they send me one of their products, which was worth $400AU.
They agreed, and I sent them the original native photos.
:)
Worked out well in the end.

So excited. I just bought a Pentax *ist DS today. Long live CCD sensors !!
Back in 2005 I had a Pentax *ist DL, which I sold to my brother in-law, when I bought my Pentax K-7.
Something I regretted almost straight away.
I was never happy with the photos from the K-7.
I eventually sold the K-7 and have been away from photography for many years.
Until this morning, when I saw a *ist DS with a 18-125mm and 70-300mm lense for $150AU, in excellent condition for sale locally.

Thanks everyone for the greets, much appreciated.
Starting to pick up how to do a lot more stuff with my K-7
It has so many more features than my *ist DL did !!
This forum has an amazing amount of tips and knowledge.
Found the option to trick the shutter speed in movie mode very handy, why would Pentax not give you that option within the menus !!! :hmm:

G'day all,
What an awesome forum you guys have going here.
I just upgraded to a Pentax K-7 last week, and bought a new Sigma 17-70mm F2.8-4.5 DC MACRO lens to go with it.
I upgraded from my Pentax *ist DL with Sigma 18-125mm F3.5-5.6 DC, which I have been using for the last 4 or 5 years.
I was going to just use the Sigma 18-125mm lens on the K-7, but I wasn't overly happy with the photos from it. The Sigma 17-70mm seems to be a lot sharper, and loving the speed of it.
Bought a new Lowepro Pro Runner 200AW bag to carry it in, and also bought a Sandisk Extreme 16gb.
