Look at the prices for the digital Hasselblad stuff. A nice one rigged for underwater might only run you $75K if you have a connection. I didn't even want to test it since I might have either loved it or flooded it...tom

...back in the late 60's, and now I have a K-7 with at least 100 cameras in between the two.
I had a Kata 493 with the K-7 and three lenses for a great week in Istanbul last month. I shoulda had a carbon fiber tripod for the night stuff, but that's for the next trip... tom

You're going to be taking endless shots of your kids. The 50/1.4 will be perfect for you stopped down a lot of the time, but when you need that 1.4, it'll be there.
