Hi All-
I've been doing some photography shooting from the hip as I walk around in urban areas--when shooting from the hip I tend to get blur at any speed less than 1/200 of a second. My lens is a 21mm so going by the inverse rule I should be able to shoot down to almost 1/20 of a second. I get blur at much higher speeds as mentioned above. I depress the shutter release button to autofocus and then shoot. The AF is set to continuous and the AF point selector dial is set to Auto. Any advice? Am I perhaps just not steady enough? I don't get blur when I pull the camera up and frame the image looking through the viewfinder at the same speeds--I've shot down to 1/60th reliably and sometimes lower.

I did a search--sorry if this has been covered already. I have a DA Ltd. 21mm--it has an audible focus noise which I gather is normal but it also audibly clicks sometimes when it seems to be focusing in low-light or the distance of the focal subject dramatically changes. Is this normal? I'm talking like a slight clicking that seems loud when you are behind the camera as it focuses. Thanks in advance. I'm just concerned that the camera/lens may be off from getting jostled about during traveling.

Greetings all.
I'm glad to jump on the Pentax dSLR bandwagon after many fond memories of using the K1000 for archaeological field work + reading good reviews of the K7. I have a quick k7 question--
I just got a K7 in the mail from Adorama. Haven't even finished charging the battery so I haven't powered it up yet. There is something loose in the body that I can feel move when I tilt the camera back and forth--similar experiences? Possible defect, or what?
