Here are some shots by the Pentax 645 of some areas in Spain and Portugal. The film was mainly Fuji Neopan Acros 100, but also Rollei RPX 25 and Ilford PanF plus 50.

You get a point. Both is definitely important. I am not a fanatic with sharpness. I didn't wanted to give that impression. :)

Aka portraits with my new Pentax 645 from 1984... with film. Kodak TMax100 and Ilford PanF plus 50. ;)

I bought this camera some weeks ago in St. Petersburg. These are some results of my test-shootings.

#1 Ilford 50. Like it came out of the scanner. No adjustments. Stativ, two lamps and a patient friend.



#2 Ilford 50



#3 Kodak 100 hand-held ½ sek. I don't know, why it somehow worked.




#4 and #5 contrast tests.

Time to reactivate this thread. I think, I got a shot, that fits quite well here.

It is in Lofoten in Norway. The color version is also beautiful... but... well... colors... well... ;)

Hei folks,

I would love to see your tibutes to the Group f/64. Please read the manifesto carefully and think about it. I am not sure, if we can manage to find some real tributes. Nowadays most important thing is lovely bokeh and also fancy colors (and digital color filters) are everywhere.

So lets post some pure photography-photos. Everything sharp. Everything clear. Not retouched. Composition. Probably black and white. Just use the right "development and paper" - aka contrasts. That's it.


I was thinking of photos maybe like this:
