Read the Frooggy's post above about the Pentax website, either Beach or Buydig is the authorized dealer of Pentax.
I think if you follow the forum recently, the main page "home" had a post about the 2- years warranty is exclusive from certain dealer like B&H and Adorama.

I have the impression of the K-5ii and the K-5 share the same sensor until i browse one of the reviews suggested that the K-5 ii is using a new sensor. Anyone can please confirm this ?
