That was what I was afraid of. Is there anywhere in the southeast region I that could send it off to be repaired?

I dropped my camera and now none of my lenses will work. I pulled the lens off and actuated the shutter but once you put any lens on, it starts blinking F - -. Please tell me that this is fixable without shipping it off.

Would you consider selling one of the grips separate?

I wish it were that simple. My hotshoe works in every mode but manual. I know the shutter speed needs to be 180 or lower. It just won't fire unless it is in a mode other than manual.

I am not terribly certain if i might have drunkenly switched some settings up or what is going on. I shoot primarily with flash for events and only shoot in manual. I have changed it to program mode and aperture priority and everything worked fine. why not in manual? I have a lot of work coming up that i will need my studio flashes for. Thanks!

Sorry about this lapse in response. It is apparently a trigger based issue. I can however shoot at 1/180 and all over the shutter speed board with no weirdness in exposure. ONLY at 1/60th of a second. and only with a wireless trigger.

I'm not sure why but when i use my k-x in full manual, with or without a flash, if im shooting at 1/60th of a second, there is a dark line on the bottom of the exposure.
This line is about 1/3rd of the frame. its just a dark under exposed section of the frame. i dont know how else to describe it. at 1/50th its fine, and 1/80 is also fine. it only does it at 1/60th/
Also tried different lenses to make sure it was the body. any suggestions? Is this the case with any other k-x's?
