Speaking of primes : as alternative I had tought of a Sigma 30 mm 1.8 and the Tamron 90 mm 2.8.
Or maybe beginning with the DA 35 mm 2.8 Ltd .....:(

In the near future I want to buy the K-x, but with which lenses ?
I was thinking of :
- Sigma 17-70 2,8-4,5 macro + Sigma 70-300 APO DG Macro 4-5,6
- Sigma 17-70 2,8-4,5 macro + DA 55-300
- DA 16-45 + DA 55-300
I like more the 70 mm at the end, because I don’t want to exchange lenses at a “critical” moment.
I’m photographing landscapes, playing granddaughter, monuments, church (inside), sometimes a concert, close-ups (maybe later real macro : thinking of Tamron 90mm)
I’d like to hear your comments

In 1976 I bought a Canon Ftb with a FD 50mm 1.8 lens. Later the FD 35 mm 3.5 and a FD 135 mm 3.5. I used this camera until 2002. I was tired of taking a camera with 3 (or more lenses), so I went for a compact.
In 2003 I bought an Olympus C3030, but too much shutterlag. So, after 2 years, I looked for the Canon Powershot 2IS. Good camera but broken in 2008.
Bought a Fuji S100, great camera, but since I know this forum, I am missing "a good camera".
So in the near future I want to buy the K-x
