The combo drop $100 and extra $30 for the flash compare to last month.
I bought this combo plus the flash add-on. Huge improvement vs my K-7, all my night shots just clear and bright!
I don't have the K-5 but with all the features the K-3 offer....I think it's worth the price!

I just bite on this deal plus the flash for $100! Really good deal!
After looked at all the review and how this K-3 improved way ahead the K-7 I had, I just have to get it! It's going to be a beast with my silver 20-40mm :lol: !

Will this be a good upgrade over the K-7?

This is really temping since few days ago they had the bundle w/o the FLUcard for same price. It's like they throw in FLUcard for free....worth $100!
If I get this bundle, I may sell the flash for $300 to lower my cost since I got a flash already!

I ordered my DA 40mm 2 days ago with Adorama and it's on backorder. Hope I could get it before Oct so I can travel with a pancake.
Update: Just received the shipping email for my DA 40mm, even though it's still show as backorder on their website.

I notice my purchase for K7 from Dell missing the rebate card also, I bought in July!

Just ask yourself when you look at the picture you take. Will you try to check how noisy is it or is it a nice picture? Most of the time people around me just look at the picture to see how nice it is not just to compare the noise, not many people will notice the difference.
I have the K-x for a while and it's really a good camera for the price I paid $600 for dual kit len 50-200. However, I travel a lot and rainning almost everyday where I go so that the K-7 suit me better for outdoor. Other reason is that I got my K-7 kit for a low price $850 :D (not grey market) , can't stop myselt when I see this price

Hello everyone, I'm from Seattle. I'm new to the DSLR and Pentax is my first DSLR. I'm an IT/tech in Networking, I spent quite sometimes to find out about DSLR and finally I decided to go with Pentax.
My favorite about Pentax is reasonable price for a lot of features, beside that I can play around with lens that are made 20-30 years ago which is fun. :D
I got my K-x last November and I just bought a new K-7 2 weeks ago since I really like the weather resist of this camera.
