selling this lens as i don't use it as much as i had hoped to and would like to get a sigma 10-20. lens is in excellent shape with the exception of a couple knicks on the outside of the filter threads but they do not affect functionality. i simply had set my camera on the ground street and bumped it with my hand scratching the finish a bit. :(
comes with box and carry pouch PRICE DROP $300 obo shipped
a pic of the actual lens is attached

thanks for all the compliments guys :)
ive tried doing some interior shots with it and it distorts the verticals way too much for many shots and angles...im thinking about selling it and buying a sigma 10-20 or maybe evey that hartblei tilt shift lens....but we'll see because i love the fisheye

i have heard that increasing the resolution of a camera without increasing the size of the censor leads to more noise or im trying to get at what egordon is saying haha
but im not too positive on all that...possible problem tho?
also not to insult your intelligence or anything but if you are using a tripod for the shots are you sure that you dont have the SR turned off on the k10? if the shots are both hand held then disregard this haha

same thing happened to me with the k10. after i bought my k100d i saw the k10d for sale at bh >:(
on another note
i think it was mentioned a few posts up but im still kinda confused on the DA* line as i have not done a lot of research on them...but my question is...is the k100d not able to use those lenses at all? or is it that it just wont be able to use special features of the SDM line that the super and k10 can?

dont know how similar this is but i use the auto focus when i photograph the cars in our crew on the highway...im hanging out of the window for a short period of time so i cant really look through the viewfinder to see if everything is focused or not but this is one of the results:
i know ur gunning for spur of the moment shots but i hope this helps. we were moving about 70 mph for this pic and i had not even prefocused before shooting...the AF locked on real quick.
