Coyote in the evening - G9 + Tamron Adaptall-2 400/4 65B

Shot wide open, ISO 3200 pushed one stop in PP.
He was hunting - I checked the spot after he left and saw a dead mouse, but why didn't he eat it? Perhaps I made him uncomfortable.
First shot was cropped by 40%, second shot by 50%.

Vestrahorn, in Iceland, is a truly amazing place. A classic, I know, but a classic I am never tired to photograph, like here on a very cold March sunrise. 13 seconds with my Hasselblad X1D, Hasselblad XCD 21mm and my Formatt-Hitech Firecrest Ultra filters.

Taken with my close-focusing and relatively new (to me) Vivitar 24mm lens. I'm a fan of close-focusing (aka semi-'macro') lenses, which let me get much closer so some subjects. This little guy looks like he's going fast even when he's standing still ;)
