I'm very impressed by the two "pier" photos and the one with the footprints. Well done.

I had a 16GB class 6 in the K7. Now in the K5 I'm using a Sandisk 16GB Extreme (class 10). I have tried and compared both cards in the K5. The class 6 cards seems to be sufficient for video. But somehow I have the feeling that with the Sandisk class 10 pictures are written a tick faster to the card. For the shooting performance it doesn't really matter.

For Switzerland check out digitec online shop
One of the most competitive internet dealers in Switzerland. They are building a new internet plattform which is in Beta at shop.digitec.ch. Note that the two sites maintain separate sourcing.
I bought mine at the Beta shop for CHF 1'607.- with with the kit lens (equals appr. EUR 1'227.-) because delivery time was shorter. Purchasing date was 25.11.2010.

I have been a happy Minolta X700 users for over 20 years. This year I have made the move to serious digital photography, after trying some compact cameras. Since May I'm using a K-7. It gave my photographic activity a real push and I enjoy it more than ever. This Pentax camera just felt right when I first held it in my hands. It's robustness makes it a reliable companion.
Now with the new K-5 just coming out I feel that I need to upgrade. The K-5 offers everything I would need (particularly improved sensitivity) for at least the next ten years.
Cheers
