Hi Tom,
Yes we have 120,000 meat chickens on the farm at any one time. We produce about 720,000 birds per year.I am told the King Parrott mates for life so every year we are seeing the same two pairs.
Merry Christmas CF......

Hi Tom, I know my pic quality is no where near yours, however I thought you may be interested in this King Parrot. We are in southern Queensland Australia. This guy and his mate always visit us here on the farm for a free feed!!

Thankyou all for your feedback. I was programmed in AV mode and let the camera set the shutter itself. Little Laker I would be thrilled if I was after the "old style", however I was trying to just get a shot that was within a bulls raw of what some of you guys produce.....

I was at ISO 800, what would you have used?

Hey Peter thanks heaps for your time, I think I follow what you are saying. I will give it a go and see how I fare!!

LL, I love what you did with Peters shot. If you dont mind can you explain the process for us beginners?

Many thanks

I would appreciate some advise as to what I could have done better with these shots I took yesterday. I had real trouble highlighting the mountain & sky. It was 5am, could I have used a polorizer? What about PP?

Any assistance would be much appreciated.......................Thanks

Hi All

I am keen to order a Sigma EF-530 DG Super from Adorama. Can anyone confirm they are a reputable supplier. I need it sent to Australia so am hesitant to send money to someone I have not dealt with before. I have contacted B&H and Cameta neither supply them.

Many thanks........

Hi all,
I am having problems with my old Sigma 75 - 300mm lens. Bought in back in 1991 for my
SF10. When I put it on my K10d I always get an "F" displayed and have no control over DOF or S/Speed. It still takes great shots only the camera has all the control!!!

I was led to beleive it is compatible, so what have I done wrong.

Any ideas

Many thanks in advance....................
