Apologies for joining this conversation, but I've been made aware on more than one occasion of your thoughts about us which are simply incorrect.
We've not offered VAT free sales to businesses in the EU in the past as our previous website made it very difficult to implement. The level of admin is also considerable and if there ever was an issue, we would be liable to pay the VAT portion ourselves, so we have been loath to offer this. We are under no legal obligation to sell goods on this basis!
We are looking into the possibility of offering VAT free sales to EU businesses as our new website should, in theory, make the process easier. When this has been sorted out we will make our customers aware.
To suggest that we are involved in grey market or Hong Kong style activities is simply incorrect and is libelous.
I would appreciate you refrain from using these terms when discussing us again.
