I use a Tamron 70-200 for head and shoulder portraits. A Rokinon 135 2.0 for waist and up. And a Pentax 77 for above the knee shots Sometimes I will even use a Rokinon 35 1.4
The 135 being the sharpest in my work in PS I think it is a lot easier to soften a portrait then trying to sharpen one. But you can use any of the 3 for any shot you want just move up or move back

A Tamron 90 mm would be close to a 85 on the K-1 and on a K-3 it would be a 135
It is a pretty good lense plus you can find a good used copy for around 250 or less
:)

No the button lock is not locked just checked. It works fine in live view

I got it to work. I took the batteries out of the camera and put them back in and it started working weird

I can not seem to get the 4 way pad to work in regular mode when I go to live view and press one of them the options come up. Any ideas

I decided to get the 14mm Rokinon around a month ago but decided to wait for black Friday. Any ways Adorama has the Cannon, Sony and the Nikon for around a 90 dollars off or more but no Pentax that sucks. Why are there very few if any Pentax deals?

I used the Quick Selection tool in photoshop then cut her out cropped the picture and pasted her back in I could have put her on the right with the flip to horizontall It was just a 3 min hack job. To do it right would be way to time consuming |
