fyi, got my k10d w/ same problem. just called pentax rep in co. the problem lies within the sensor, not the focus screen. according to him, pentax japan just sent them s/w to fix the problem electronically. only takes minutes to fix. there are nothing to fix mechanically. will send my back in a few weeks. hope this help

for me, i alway have problem in pttl mode. exposure alway off. switch to manual mode on flash. the result is alot better and more consistent. my 2 cent

song hm, so how do u make the non subject darker, i tried to over expose it but still getting ghost. just got this camera 2 weeks ago, just playing w/ all option

yes, i did turn on the ev. the background of pics came out w/ good exposure but the 2 pics of me seem transparent, like u can see thru it. i dont have to pics now to upload. will try later on when i get home. thx for ur help

just got my k10d last week. awesome camera. still learning all the function on it. anyhow. i have attempted to use the multi exposure mode, however, my pics came out with a ghost like effect. what am i doing wrong?
