Hi,
Can somenone finally clear up whether the older Pentax flash units, such as AF 280T, AF 400T, AF 400 FTZ & AF 500 FTZ, will work safely with K10D, K20D, K 5 & K7 digital bodies.
I have read a lot of conflicting information and despite asking Pentax UK - from whom I received no answer! {:-(} - I just don't know and would like to!
Thanks in advance,
Randal Williams

Adam,
Thanks for the advice - I will do a Vivitar review as suggested and the Super A + motordrive, for inclusion in the 35 mm competition.
I am now suggesting a Sigma 70 mm - 300 mm DG APO Macro lens for the 18- 135mm review.
Would you advise if this would be acceptable?
Thanks & regards,
Randal Williams

Hi,
I see a growing retro fellowship in the UK. More and more amateurs are finding their way back to 35 mm film.
As such, I would like to propose a review of the fabulous Super A with motordrive......
I have found mine has three non totally photographic uses that make it unique in the field of SLR cameras.
One is it is so heavy it really gives your biceps, triceps and abs a super workout when you hump one around for a day's shooting. You should try it with my 100mm- 500mm Vivitar Series 1 lens!
Two is it makes a very useful hammer for knocking tripods into soft ground for extra stability (or clattering unhelpful bystanders in the back to suggest they move out of my line-of-sight)..
Three is it is so typically Pentax that it makes a great display item in my photo display cabinet
I would be happy to write a review.

Hi,
I have owned a Vivitar Series 1 100mm - 500 mm f 5.6-f 8 for many years. This is a KA fit lens and I have never seen or heard any web comments on the longest non-autofocus lens I have ever seen.
I would be happy to write a very subjective review.
