Started with a Vivitar 35mm back in 1976. Bought my first Pentax a couple of years after that. MX and ME's loved the size and weight. Bought a bunch of glass for both. , winders etc. Bronica ETR was next with my foray into weddings.
Bought a K-100 and K-10 as I didn't want to be buying new glass again. Love them both probably won't upgrade to the k-20, but will wait for the k-30 or whatever the newest one will be. Unless I can get a great deal on a k-20, love the idea of 14mp. :cool:

I know there are limits to the type of strobes we can use and not fry the electronics of our digital cameras. I have a K-10 and 100. I also have a sunpak 611 thyristor, and want to know whether it will fry my cameras?

one lens is a m42 with an adapter, the other is a 50mm I took off of my Pentax ME. Both do not have an A on the aperture ring. Contacts are clean....
Is it possible to get these lenses to work on my K10? How? mainly shoot manual mode.

I know I have seen this before but I can't remember the remedy. When I use certain lenses I get f------ in the top screen. These lenses are pentax lenses or at least fit pentax.......Help!
