SORRY - you got me there. Promise I will keep my mouth shut and not complain about the US prices. But will still wait until I get the price I want - just not b*t*h on here about the prices. :eek:

Unfortunately it is going for $850 from Amazon right now. Says they only have 5 more in stock. Want one but am going to wait until price gets down to $750 or less again. Maybe it is just too popular right now. Am not really in that much of a hurry.

Unfortunately the two lens kit from Amazon is listed as "temporarily out of stock" right now. My plan is to wait until after the first of the year - hopefully there are these great prices then. Would probably order except will be away from this week until after Christmas.

At ISO 6400 (that is what the EXIF data says) wouldn't this amount of graininess be expected?

I saw that Bestbatt.com has a battery listed for the K-R at a very good price. I have used their batteries in my Panasonic FZ-18 with good results. Get same performance as the OEM battery. When I finally decide on getting the K-R I will pick up at least one spare (probably 2) from them.
