I guess the button on the lens is to fold/unfold the lens. the intriguing thing was the focal scale which is out of range, and centered on a mark.

Nice, but as you don't use a real tilt-shift lens, but post-process the blur effect, it will not retain my vote.

Hello,
Some pics from those last days.

And a little surprise in the forest, a young Roe Deer (chrevreuil). I'm still amazed by the clarity of that high Iso shot. It was impossible for me to do that kind of image with the K200D 6 years ago, the light was too dim (3200 iso +0.9EV in post-prod 1/100e f5.6),

Best regards,
Arno

Hey,
Something classic, but i had to try. And the weather is so bad around here, i play with black currant sirup & milk. No heavy PP, just a exposure correction.

Hey Pentax,
Why don't you propose us a remake of the amazing FA* 85mm f1.4 ?
You've got the formula, put it a DC or SDM motorization, a HD treatment, and you'll make a hit.

Hey,

There was a truly amazing light this morning. The first real warm day of that rainy summer, layers of clouds sliding on the ground, like a Miyazaki's anime scenery.

French photo magazine "Chasseur d'Images" publish a 6 pages preview in their last publication, with sample images.

A few words : " ...Ce qui est intéréssant avec ces fichiers RAW, c'est de constater que le capteur du Q possède un potentiel sensiblement supérieur à ce que nous attendions..."

"...What is interesting with these RAW files, it's to notice that the sensor of the Q has a potential significantly greater than what we expected ..."

Wait & see..
