Hi, I use a K3II and videomic pro, manual level in 3 or 4, the mic on +20. I've tried to use a Shure SM58 but the noise it makes it awful, so not really working. It seems that in camera the preamplifier it's to low for dynamic microphones.

Finally i fix it, just remove the top of the camer (really easy, just 3 screws), the I have to bend a little a plastic circuit (don't know the exact word) to acces the screws that goes on the flash shoe, I remove 2 of them and replace it with some longer ones so, and that's all, now the flash shoe its ok
I loss abou 3 kg, sweatting like a race horse, praying to god for not break anything.
The K-5 it's ok, and shooting with no problems

Mmmmm, very tempting, but, if I remove the top of the camera, do I lose the weather sealing?

Bad news, I've tried everything, and nothing works, finelly I glue the metal thing with an epoxy, but the camera doesn't recognize the flash and does not fire. I move the flash to see what was happening and the petal thing came out again.
So I'm buying a flash support an fireit through wirless mode
I'm very dissapointed with this, it such a minor thing, why don't they put the screwdrives from top of the camera, so it make it so easy to fix? why? WHYYYYYYY?????????

I removed the spring plate only to take the picture, it's not missing. I was thinking in how could turn the screw from the top, maybe if I glue a screwdriver and turn it very very carefully, and repeat it for the other 3 screws. Tomorrow I will contact BH photovideo and ask what can I do, if I send it back to NYC or maybe they know someone here in Chile who could fix it.
Thanx to all you guys

I can see that the tiny screws loose the metal thing, but I don't know why, and don't know how to screw it back to the camera body again
Thanx

is this lens compatible with the Sigma APO TELE CONVERTER 2X EX? I'm thinking in buyng one, for birds.
By the way, I'm very very happy with the lens, a little heavy, but very good quality. The focus can be better, but for the price, it's very good.

This it's my last photo accepted in the PPG
She is an argile artisan,
It was very nice to make her portrait, she is a very lovely person, we drink "mate" and some bread (home made of course)
Es una artesana en greda mapuche. Fue un gusto fotografiarla, es una persona muy amable y simpática, tomamos mate y comimos pan amasado.
