Ray here, I bought a K10D body and a Sigma 17-70mm Macro lens in May (what not a Pentax lens :eek:). I just bought a 75-200mm lens on eBay (again a Sigma, but an older one).
I have never owned an SLR or a DSLR before, only had lousy cameras and therefore was never to keen to take photos (when you hate your camera you don't want to use it). So far I am loving my K10D and am loving learning all about what it can do and what I can do with it.
I am now a full time student, therefore have only so much time that I can devote to learning outside of classes, but I still want to learn (and as a "good" college student I will probably spend to much time learning stuff unrelated to my degree and not enough on class assignments :o).
Of course there is more to me that just the above, but it's a start.
