I have used ACDSee with success. I am not sure but I think an older version came with one of my Pentax cameras some years ago and I started upgrading. I like the light processing graphics slide bars.

I recently bought a Dane-elec 16GB class 10 SD card and my K20D gave me a "memory error" message. I sent the card back in exchange for another, same brand, same size, same class. It would not work either. I could not format the cards or anything. Pentax support suggested upgrading to latest firmware, which I did, but I still could not use these cards.
I have used Sandisk 4GB class 4 cards successfully. Have any other K20D owners had problems with large fast SD cards or Dane-elec in particular? I am reluctant to invest in more large fast cards if they won't work.
