for the caverns: go wide, don't change lenses (very dusty), use exposure bracketing (some areas are very dark and others very bright). I was able to take lots of decent pictures during a regular tour.
for the bend: go at sunset and wait for a cloudy sky if possible

Hi Pentaxians,
I cannot upload the missing pictures to my original post so this is an updated version. All bodies work (speeds sound about right and meters move) unless stated otherwise but I'd recommend a CLA if you are planning on shooting with them. All lenses work and are free of oil, mold and problem unless stated otherwise. Any other details are indicated below. Please message me if you need additional pictures. I’d rather sell the bodies with the lenses but if you want a specific camera or lens let me know. Insured shipping is free in the US. Stay well and keep shooting Pentax :cool:
M37 (Asahiflex):
Asahi Kogaku Takumar 500 f5 (+ built in hood, front cap + case missing top) - cleaning marks and scratches on the body. The focusing mechanism is smooth, aperture opens and closes well, and the built-in hood opens and retracts as it should. The mount is removable. In his book, F Sherfy reports that "it is a quality super telephoto lens" and that "AOC recommended the lens for use in animal and plant life observations as well as distant objects of importance" - $520
M42:
Tower 26 (same as Asahi Pentax AP / S) - $165
Asahi Pentax S2 Super with Auto Takumar 55mm f2.2. Front ring of the lens is slightly dented and front glass has cleaning marks. The spring mechanism is sluggish) - $75
Asahi Pentax S2 Super Black (no lens) - $95
Asahi Pentax SB2. Same as S3 but only sold in Japanese military camps - $140
Asahiflex H2. Same as H2 / S2 but renamed for certain markets - $160
Honeywell Heiland Pentax H2 (Store demonstrator). Same as H2 / S2 but distributed only to a small amount of Pentax dealers in the US - $260
Honeywell Pentax Spotmatic (early model) with eight-element Super Takumar 50 1.4. Lens has some very faint cleaning marks – $195
Auto Takumar 55 1.8 (zebra black and chrome). Lens has some cleaning marks and coating imperfections - $100
K mount:
Pentax K1000. First version with bump and “Asahi Opt. Co Made in Japan” engraving with K55 f2. Lens is a bit dusty and has minor cleaning marks. In original box in fair condition- $185
Asahi Pentax K50mm 1.4. It has some cosmetic blemishes on the front ring - $80
Asahi Pentax A50mm f1.7 with registration card - $45
6x7:
6x7 Takumar 600mm f4. A tank of a lens bought during a LBA episode. Some scuffs on the body and the tripod mount. Otherwise excellent. Lowepro backpack included for storage and transportation - $790
