Yeap, Hasselblad literally fell from the sky (lunar landing camera) to a just another brand name.
I am worry Nikon is going to to be the same, falling from International Space Station...
I worked with both extensively.:(

It definitely is a combination of Amazon deal and the slow selling nature of specialized lens. I bought it in November at a huge discount at Amazon.ca and the price ran back up the following day.
My experience with this lens so far is best with full frame for the T&S effect and @ f/8. The all plastic construction pretty much confine it to be occasional use only. I feel the T&S knobs and mechanism will worn out fairly quickly with regular use.

I met "Sport" at the USB Dock.
In fact, I saw Art, Contemporary & Sport all went sailing at the USB Dock.

I know Galilean Nights Astrophotography winner Masahiro Miyasaka uses a mix of Canon. Nikon & Sigma gears, but this one really caught my attention because he use a K-r & Samyang 8/3.5. Milky Way Hermit crab | Flickr - Photo Sharing!
A good reason to venture out into the darkness with your K-r!

I sold my DA 10-17mm f/3.5-4.5 ED (IF) and change into Sigma 10-20mm f/3.5 EX DC HSM. The magic this lens can do in tight space where I shot often is phenomenal. |

Auto = using the sensor in the flash to adjust output, i.e. not "Through The Lens". This was the first step toward automatic flash to benefit manual film cameras such as MX.
TTL = using the camera sensor "Through The Lens" to tell the flash what output is needed. This usually associate with automatic film camera such as LX. This can be a built in (PZ1) or separate flash (AF280T).
PTTL = the camera sensor & processor in Pentax dSLR tell the flash what output is needed. This can be a built in (K-r) or separate flash such as Metz 58AF2.
If the flash doesn't provide "Auto" mode, it probably cannot provide automatic output for manual camera such as MX due to the fact it has no sensor pointing forward independently from the camera. It will only work with film camera like LX & PZ1. Not all TTL flash (AF280T) would necessary work with modern dSLRs such as ist*D, it must able to communicate with the dSLR sensor to provide a correct output.
Hope this help.
