Received the XS. Complained in an eBay message that the item was not as described and requested an exchange. Called their customer service and was notified that the DA40 Limited was not in stock, but she would double check and call me back (still has not as of this writing). Recieved RMA and a UPS return label in email, I plan on shipping it back today.

Well, they lied. I bought the item from their eBay listing and they shipped me the DA 40mm XS in a plain white box.
Now we get to find out if they'd prefer to replace it with the Limited or give me a refund and get negative feedback...
At least it wasn't a ceiling fan.

Thanks, Ash - your reply prompted me to go searching through the menus (again) and I discovered how to set the unused e-dial to ISO adjustment in Av & Tv modes. Another great feature.

Greetings everyone, long time lurker here. I just upgraded from K-x to K-5 and discovered the wonderful HyperProgram mode. It looks as though all I need to do is set the camera on P and adjust the front e-dial for Tv and the rear e-dial for Av and they will operate exactly the same as if I selected them on the mode dial. Is that correct? If so, is there a reason for Pentax to even retain the selections on the mode dial?
