Thanks jgredline and Paul! Yes, the shot was from a mission in San Antonio.

I am pretty satisfied with the results, although a scanner would be better. I have tried a couple of different processes and this one has produced the best results so far (it's also fast - I "scanned" 2 rolls of 120 film in less than 5 minutes).
Here's how I used my camera to get a digital file:
I cut a neg holder out of heavy mat board to help flaten the neg; placed the negative on a light box (anything that would provide back-light would work) and my camera on a tripod and shot! After downloading to my computer, I opened the file and choose "convert colors" in order to change it from a negative to a positive. (I use a MF lens as it is my closest focusing - a marco lens might work even better)
