He sure is a big boy!
There's a lady who brings three or four Saint Bernards to the park several times a week. A little while ago, she saw me with my camera again and asked if she could see any pictures, so I pulled my dog park folder up on her phone. She found some I'd taken two years ago when the park flooded, and almost started to cry. The one on the right here passed away just a few months ago.
Their lives aren't very long, but we do our best to make it a good one, and they give us their whole hearts in return.

Making bales the old ways. Of course the belt driven baler is a bit newer than the box method, at least I think it is. Wish I would have looked for a manufacturer tag, maybe I'll see it next year. And some folks think it's tough work now.
Best Regards, Bob

Pepperberry, I don't think I've ever seen eyes like that on a dog. They look like human eyes. Crazy!
Stan! It's good to see you're back. :)
They are pretty striking. Is it less intimidating if only one is blue? :p I've gotten used to it on Tasi, but when I see another heterochromatic dog with the eyes reversed (blue left, brown right), it looks bizarre to me.
A friend of mine has an "oops" dog from a breeder, from when a German shepherd and a husky snuck out together. She has the shape and coarse coat of a shepherd, but she's all white with ice-blue eyes. ---------- Post added 07-28-19 at 12:47 PM ---------- The look on Ellie's face is precious. "Please help..."

This is my seven month old pup, at a rare brief stationary moment with his old pal "Ele" (a purple elephant).
In fact it's the third reincarnation of Ele, as first two got shredded. :(
Either he doesn't know or doesn't care that it's new, it's still his bestest lifelong pal. ;) |

Local wildlife seen during a recent walk - a northern water snake, with a crop from the same file which indicates it knew I was there. The population of these expands dramatically some years. then crashes to I don't see any for several to many years.

I can't predict the future, but that lens has been at that price a number of times in the last 6 months.
