Hi,
I notice that this third-party seller is selling the K-3 for 580.77 USD in Amazon. I called them and they said they are an authorized Pentax/Ricoh dealer.

I checked the authorized dealer list and I could not find their name. I called Ricoh, and they told me that we would still get 1 year warranty if buying the camera through Amazon with a third-party seller. Last I checked, I see it has 2 units left.

I found the issue. I was messing with CS earlier then I un-install CS. Uninstalling CS will remove the lens profile folder in LR. So reinstall LR will bring it back. Hope this helps.

Hi all,
I recently purchased the sigma 10-20/4-5.6. However when I tried to do the lens correction LR does not this profile. In fact, under Lens Profile->Make the list is empty. The picture is RAW, and I know that LR 3.4 has sigma 10-20 lens profile based on this:
Lens profile support | Lightroom 3, Photoshop CS5, Camera Raw 6
LR was able to detect my other Pentax lens fine. Did I miss something?

Sorry for a late reply, but it's hard/impossible to see the reflective dot in a picture. I tried to take several pictures but those dots did not show up. I just sent back to Adorama for another one for now. I'll you know if the new one has these dots.

Hi all,
I recently purchased the Sigma DG UV Filter 67mm for my 50-135. When I take the filter out and look at it at a 45 degree, I see many reflective tiny dots on the surface of the filter. Is that normal? Should I exchange it?

@jolepp: Thanks for the idea. I just don't want to send it in for service for such a small item. maybe down the line when the camera needs actual service, I will send it in and have the button replaced along w/ the service. I wonder if I can use this excuse w/ the wife to buy the new K-5 :)...Oh well, one can always dream
