I've just received 645 A 120 a a 35 and 67 75 2.8 Al lenses. All incredible quality and an absolute steal at current prices in my humble opinion. When using manual focus on these old lenses, you quickly forget autofocus - superbly damped focus rings and so solid.

Thanks one and all for your valued experience and advice. Welcome any more tips on what combinations work best before I make an investment in Tcs.

Am currently looking at the 67 300 mm ED lens on a 645 D.
I realise I need to use the 67 to 645 adaptor but can I use 67 or 645 teleconverters on the 645 D?
Also, I trust with any old 645 lens the 645 converters work OK on the 645 D?

Great for video, light kit and wonderful with old k, m and a Manual lenses. I am using it much more than I thought. Would never use with longer telephotos for fast focus / sports but this is a tiny part of my shooting. I personally think that most of the photo industry and reviews are auto focus obsessed as if we all want to go around firing off thousands of shots rather than carefully composing and adjusting the camera settings to create the shot.

slide in don't push, you soon get the hang of it - from some reviews you would think it was impossible!

I picked up the Nikon d700, Canon 7d and K5 before buying and there is no doubt that the K5 was the most solid camera of all in both look and feel, and way better than Canon 60D. In fact, I'd say it's build quality was up with the Canon 5d mark II level, except not the size of a brick!
