Thanks for the suggestions folks. I ended up downloading Photoscape. Free and very easy to use. I will try the others out if I end up not liking this down the road.
Thanks again.

Hi all, my apologies if this has been asked a thousand times. I need to install a new processing program on my new computer. I did a trial of Lightroom and really liked it but I can`t afford to buck up for the program at this time. I used Piccasa in the past and wasn't crazy about it. Any tips on the latest free software I can use. I have Paintshop Pro on my lap top but I have a new 22 in monitor and new dell so I can't use the lap top any more. I have the software that came with my K200 but I don't care for it much either. Any advice on what to use(free) until I can pay for the lightroom? Thanks for your help.

I did take a few more but this one caught my eye the most. Some of the other shots ended up just looking like crime scene photos. I really like the way this turned out after processing it, if it wasn`t for the pine trees you almost expect to see an elephant or cheetah in the background.

Thanks, I`m glad you like them. The dogs are coyotes and the skeleton was a free range cow. I heard it was hit by a car and then shot by the rancher. Went back one day to take a few more shots and it was gone. Not sure who would take a skeleton that big but someone did. Here are some more shots. All from around Tunkwa Lake Resort near Kamloops BC. |

Hi all, just discovered this forum and pretty happy to do so. Not quite a beginner but I am lacking in any real technical knowledge. Hope I will learn a few things on here. Thought I would throw up a few shots from last summer. Looking forward to seeing everyone else's pics. |
