Thanks for the suggestions folks. I ended up downloading Photoscape. Free and very easy to use. I will try the others out if I end up not liking this down the road.
Thanks again.

Best free processing program?

Hi all, my apologies if this has been asked a thousand times. I need to install a new processing program on my new computer. I did a trial of Lightroom and really liked it but I can`t afford to buck up for the program at this time. I used Piccasa in the past and wasn't crazy about it. Any tips on the latest free software I can use. I have Paintshop Pro on my lap top but I have a new 22 in monitor and new dell so I can't use the lap top any more. I have the software that came with my K200 but I don't care for it much either. Any advice on what to use(free) until I can pay for the lightroom? Thanks for your help.

I did take a few more but this one caught my eye the most. Some of the other shots ended up just looking like crime scene photos. I really like the way this turned out after processing it, if it wasn`t for the pine trees you almost expect to see an elephant or cheetah in the background.

Thanks, I`m glad you like them. The dogs are coyotes and the skeleton was a free range cow. I heard it was hit by a car and then shot by the rancher. Went back one day to take a few more shots and it was gone. Not sure who would take a skeleton that big but someone did. Here are some more shots. All from around Tunkwa Lake Resort near Kamloops BC.

Hi all, just discovered this forum and pretty happy to do so. Not quite a beginner but I am lacking in any real technical knowledge. Hope I will learn a few things on here. Thought I would throw up a few shots from last summer. Looking forward to seeing everyone else's pics.
